“Thank you ever so much for The Six Weeks Fitness Program, “Becoming a Newer You”.  I am eternally grateful.  I always wanted to join/or be part of such a program.  I knew a program like this certainly would have cost an “arm and a leg” and I know I would not have been able to afford it.  But I thank Body Sculpt and UFT for thinking of the little guy.  And as I was praying and searching around, it just so happened that this program came into my view.  I immediately jumped at the offer.  Thanks so much.  I have made major life and lifestyle changes due to this program.  You guys were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and great.  Please include us again in the future.”

“I want to express my appreciation to the United Teachers Federation for funding your program.  I am so very grateful to them for providing access to Six Weeks To Fitness.  Their generosity has had a major impact on my life.  I am slimmer, eating better and am so grateful to UFT, to you and your glorious team.  Participating in your Six Weeks to Fitness program has been life changing for me.  The stress of two years living isolated and inactive because of COVID-19 has been difficult.  Your thoughtful and excellent advice, accompanied by the knowledgeable and talented instructors/educators, Yvette Onofre, Carmen Carriker and Skai Stroud, has made me seriously commit to returning to a healthy lifestyle.  What I received from your Six Weeks To Fitness, which I did not experience on other fitness websites, is that your program is committed to a cause to guide people to help themselves become healthier.  For you and your colleagues, it is not just a business, it is a mission.  I was inspired by the goodwill will each of you exhibited towards us, your students.  Thank you.  The program is a total package – healing the body inside and outside.  Carmen’s brilliant choreography was energetic and challenging but incorporated gentle exercises that allowed those of us who are older to slow down, take a breath and reinvigorate.  The classes were a joy. And you have posted them on YouTube, so they are a gift that keeps on giving.  Thank you for your great generous spirit.  The nutrition classes were a revelation.  I am now scrutinizing ingredients labels, thinking about alkaline vs. acidic foods, substituting root vegetables for sugar, being aware that salmon, my go-to Omega 3, is probably more harmful and beneficial due to toxins, among many, many other food/health issues.  I am grateful for this life saving information.  I wish you and your exceptional team happiness, good health and success. You have put me on the path to finding that for myself.  As you stated, this is not the end, it is the beginning. Again, many thanks.  It was a pleasure to be in your company.”

With kind wishes and warm regards,

Marjorie M.

“Before the pandemic, I used to love to attend group exercise classes. But over the past few years, it’s been hard to keep up, trying to exercise on my own. The Six Weeks to Fitness course rekindled my joy in movement, and got me back on the right path toward health and wellness. The exercise classes were challenging and fun, and I loved the way they built so that by the end I felt like I was doing much more than when we started. Having classes twice a week was great for establishing new habits. The sessions with nutritionists were really interesting and informative, and will definitely affect the way I eat, going forward. The extra information we got in between sessions was valuable and also helped keep me focused on my goals.  Most important was the support I felt along the way. You and Carmen were always so positive and encouraging. This attitude was absorbed and reflected by everyone in the group. It was nice to work out with everyone, even though we’ve never met in real life. It really felt like we had a coach in our corner, rooting for us to do our best and ready to answer all our questions and concerns.”

Thank you so much for all of it!

Best regards,

Linda H.

“Upon receiving an email via UFT regarding your six weeks to fitness, comprised with nutritional information and the workouts, I knew that the creator God was providing the regimen to jar me into another awakening. Well, Carmen was right on point with the music and her radiant energy and aura. Some of the movements required me to modify. The nutritional jewels, recipes with both being Women/Goddesses are both phenomenal in their own right. Vince, just know this was simply a Blessing and just can’t thank you enough.”

I just wanted to take this opportunity once again to express my appreciation to all the stakeholders who made the “Six Weeks to Fitness” Program possible. I am happy to report that I lost 12 pounds over the duration of the program but more importantly, the wealth of information provided and the wholistic approach which included nutrition exercise and motivation, have better equipped me to make generally healthier lifestyle choices that I know will continue to be impactful. The importance and benefits of such a program cannot be overemphasized and I look forward to participating in any similar programs that may be offered in the future.

Thank you so much for your enthusiasm, inspiring talks, and nutritional guidance. I have never participated in a 6-week exercise program, and I feel so empowered. The team let us know how important we were in this process. The message was loud and clear. In every session and email, I felt how much the team cares about helping the community make healthier choices.  I lost 10 lbs. in 6 weeks, which was completely unexpected. I know that the change in weight is due to exercise and changes in my eating habits-incorporating more green vegetables and fiber-rich fruits.”

All the blessings, Elizabeth

“Six Weeks To Fitness has been extremely beneficial to me.  Your expertise and wealth of knowledge is top notch. Your nutritionists are very informative, and your exercise instructor  is so motivating and cheerful. What sets your program apart from others, is your genuine care and concern for our wellbeing. It shines through at every interaction. The Weekly Fitness and Nutrition Log helped me to stay on track. It was refreshing to track fruits and vegetables, screen time and physical activity instead of calorie counting and writing everything I ate.  I  was elated when by week 4 I put on a top that usually fits tightly and was prepared to suck my stomach in for the whole day, only to discover that it fit perfectly with room to spare!  I hope we get to do this more than once a year.”

“I was scrolling through FB (I am NOT into social media. I do not post etc on fb or any other social media platform. I just go on there to see people’s pics) and I came across the advertisement for this 6-week class. At first, I was like this must be a scam esp since they said it was free and with fb you never know. I don’t know why but I decided to sign up anyway. I’m glad I did. These 6 weeks have been amazing. My body feels better. I believe I lost inches and weight (people have been telling me I look thinner). Ok, maybe I could have eaten better but one of things you said that stuck with me is that your body is meant to move. My words… Whatever you do, don’t be lazy and move your body. I started walking up to the 5th floor in the garage for my car and I try to move more often. Even at work, I’m like Michelle, get up and walk, you have been sitting for a long time now. I stopped taking the elevators and go up and down the stairs all day. (I am a RN and do Case Management at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY). I have always been athletic in my younger years and I don’t mind exercising. It is just getting started. There are times I rather lay in bed than exercise but as I previously stated, your voice is in my head. Your body is meant to move. Both nutritionists provided helpful info. I am a picky eater and practically do not like anything but I will try. Carmen was awesome (Ok that Piyo Wellll hmmmm I will go back and look at those and try harder to do the exercises. I think I was like this is hard and just gave up. Although I did the exercises I was not giving it my best.) You were great! The emails (keep them coming) and all of your words of wisdom and encouragement was helpful and worth it. Sorry, this is long but thank you for everything and thank you to the sponsor’s too. Be blessed!”

“Since the pandemic three years ago and being in “lock-down” spending more time at home eating to make up for not doing social activities outdoors was the perfect situation for putting on weight.  It wasn’t until Body Sculpt reached out offering this six week course that I am now back to my normal weight, feeling better and eating more healthier. I deleted the first photo taken by accident from my phone.  Sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you for your commitment, passion and personal attention you showed.  This was an excellent alternative to taking risks using a gym.  May God continue to bless the works of your hands and the fruits of your labor.”

“Thank you so very much for offering the fitness and nutrition classes, I have gained a lot of information especially today as I listened to Skai talk about the foods that we should be consuming and in addition how they should be prepared. I would like to add that the classes have reinforced the importance of movement especially during this time of the year when I am primarily indoors due to the cold weather. (If I were on the beach in Negril I would be walking, dancing and doing yoga LOL).”

“Well, Carmen was right on point with the music and her radiant energy and aura. Some of the movements required me to modify. The nutritional jewels, recipes with both being Women/Goddesses are both phenomenal in their own right.  Vince, just know this was simply a Blessing and just can’t thank you and your team enough. Very helpful and motivating.   What worked for me was your follow-up emails and providing us with some motivation and accountability in between sessions. Also, going the extra mile by responding to emails and providing extra resources.  I need to work out more and reduce my carb intake. I will measure myself and compare. I will send numbers when I get a moment.”

“Before this six-week program, I really wasn’t that active. I have a sedentary job and rarely did that much exercise. In doing this virtual six-week program, I’ve met and exceeded my step count goal more often than I have in years and I’ve sweated more than I had expected! In the beginning, my arms would wobble and I could barely do a couple of normal push-ups (I had to modify them). Within the 4th week, I could tell that my arms and upper body had gotten stronger because the wobble was pretty much gone and I could do more normal push-ups without stopping! This program inspired me to stretch more than ever (I knew that stretching is something that I should’ve been doing, but now it has become an everyday habit) and I’ve become more conscious of the amount of exercise that I’ve done for the day. This program actually got me to the point where if I haven’t done what I feel is an adequate amount of exercise, my mind/body gives off thoughts and feelings of guilt, which is actually pretty motivating! I’ve learned that doing even just a little bit of exercise is better than doing none at all and sometimes it doesn’t even take the most intense of activities to get the body to loosen up. Besides this, I’ve noticed that I have become much more aware of the types of foods that I’m eating and I was able to make it more of a point to increase my intake of fruits and vegetables every day and even tried some vegetables that I hadn’t before! I now know that I need to focus on eating more “God-made” foods and less “man-made foods”. Plus, after receiving and reading through all of the very helpful, very useful information that we were emailed, I even got into making myself smoothies multiple times each week. Overall, the program went better than I had expected and I gained a lot of knowledge and always left each exercise and nutrition session feeling great, more knowledgeable, and energized than when I had started! Some might have seen not being able to do the sessions in person and having to do them virtually as a setback, but it worked quite well for me (especially since I am in CO, not NY where the majority of everyone was) and showed me that a lot of fancy equipment isn’t needed; I can do these workouts from the comfort of my home. Everyone involved in the program was friendly, motivating, and supportive from Vince to Carmen to Yvette to Skai to all of the participants! It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to continuing to put what I’ve learned and all of the tools we were given into practice to make 2022 not only the year that I decided to start taking charge of my health and get in better shape, but the year that I actually make it happen and improve my healthy lifestyle for many years to come! As Vince often quoted to us, “Exercise is king, Nutrition is queen. Put them together and you’ve got a kingdom” So, I want to keep on track towards building my kingdom!”

“While I didn’t know what to expect coming into the Six Weeks to Fitness program, I was so happy that I joined. Each class was so inspirational and gave this tired mom of two small children the push to keep going. The motivational talks and workouts were incredibly valuable and engaging. I lost a few pounds, started seeing some muscle tone, and became so motivated to continue my journey to better health.”
