You know, with everything going on in the world today, it’s no wonder we’re all feeling a little more stressed than usual. Between the constant news of wars and attacks, it can feel quite overwhelming. And let’s be honest, even just watching the news or scrolling through social media can be a major stress trigger.

But here’s the thing: fruits can actually be a real lifesaver when it comes to managing stress. As living beings, we need to consume more living foods. Fruits are alive with vitamins and antioxidants that help your body cope with the daily grind.

Think about it:

  • Citrus fruits like oranges and lemons are loaded with vitamin C, which helps support your adrenal glands – the little workhorses that keep your stress response in check.
