What about you dear reader? Has life got you down? It is said that life is not a sprint, but a marathon. It’s the same way when you’re trying to reach your fitness goals. It may take longer than you expect, but if you give up now, you will never reach them. Serena has had many triumphs and along with those victories, mixed in were also defeats, but yet a true champion never gives up. You dust yourself off and start all over again.
