3rd Annual New You for the New Year Six Weeks to Family Fitness Program

Can you believe there are only two more holidays left before the end of this year? That’s right, after Thanksgiving and Christmas, we will be ringing in a new year filled with new goals and expectations. And speaking of new goals and expectations, do you know what the #1 New Year’s resolution will be?
