Sometimes It Takes a Village to Help You to Achieve Your Fitness Goals

It is said that “it takes a village to raise a child,’ and while that might be true, I will also say that it sometimes takes a village of health professionals to help you to achieve your fitness goals, and that is why I assembled a world-class team of fitness and nutrition experts to provide support and guidance for the participants in my Six Weeks to Fitness programs.

There is no need to go it alone when you have caring, qualified instructors just waiting to inspire and motivate you towards your goals. Whether your goals are to lose weight, build muscle, get in beach body shape or to increase your energy levels, collaborating with the right trainers will help you to succeed.

Prior to the pandemic, we would travel to churches, schools, and community centers to host these programs (in person), but when the pandemic hit, we had to pivot. Thankfully, with the help of modern technology (Zoom), we were able to continue providing these programs at low cost to the public.

Imagine what the cost would be if you had to pay the full price for the services of certified trainers and certified and licensed nutritionists, not to mention the motivational talks and accountability, which goes into each class, who could afford that? But, regardless of the cost, your health is an investment, not an expense (although it will become an expense if you do not take the time to invest in it).

If you or someone you know, would like to find out more about this program, which is called “Six Weeks to Family Fitness,” because it is my belief that fitness should be a family affair, then visit https://www.bodysculpt.org/six-weeks-to-fitness. This program is for adults and children, so all are welcome.

At this time, I want to introduce you to a few members of my Six Weeks to Fitness team, whom I call my “A-Team” when it comes to providing fitness and nutrition services.
